  • 2+ years of installation experience

Not for every position. Our Apprentice / Helper role is specifically designed for people who want to learn the trade from scratch. For Service Tech and Installer positions, we do look for hands-on experience, but attitude and reliability are what we really hire on.
Yes. We cover the cost of EPA 608 certification for apprentices and helpers who commit to staying with the company. We also support ongoing training like NATE certification and manufacturer programs.
Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm is our standard. There's occasional overtime during peak season (summer heat waves, winter cold snaps) and we do offer emergency weekend service, which means on-call opportunities for extra pay if you want them.
Pay depends on experience, certifications, and the specific role. We pay competitively for the South Jersey market and review pay regularly. We're happy to discuss specifics during an interview once we understand your background.
Absolutely. We serve a diverse customer base across South Jersey and actively look for technicians who speak Spanish or Arabic in addition to English. Bilingual skills are considered a strong plus on every application.
